deoxyhemoglobin:

I was chatting with a donor before I drew his blood, and he was a dentist. when I actually drew him, there was just a little squirt of blood and it surprised him

I looked him in they eye and told him “you’re bleeding because you don’t floss”

and he went dead silent

What I learned today.

*******Gross warning******

If you vomit so much it comes out you nose sometimes it may mean that when you’re not vomiting you will sneeze a lot and experience a burning sensation in your nasal cavity.

Apparently

Dairy without pills=vomiting

Vomiting=(migraine from hell)+(painful sinuses)

All of that together = afraid to speak and a nurse just looking at me and asking “do you want a bucket?”

She also used the fancy medical word for throw up.
